1920 Jeweled Whiting & Davis 3 Color Enamel Soldered Mesh Wrist Wrap Purse Bag
Beautiful enameled Whiting & Davis purse measure about 15 " long including the handle chain, about 9 1/2 " long without the chain and 2 1/2 across the frame at the widest. The colors are silver, light brown and dark brown. Front and back has same design. The metal frame is brass tone color with embossed pattern. The clasp has a blue color stone. The handle chain wide flat brass tone metal chain with a slide go up and down for adjustment in wrist wrap style. The slide has edged design.
Fancy chain link fringe design on bottom. Marked MESH WHITING & DAVIS BAGS inside the frame , also marked soldered mesh pat on the side.
This is in very nice condition, no missing link or holes, just enough room for the hinges to function. The enamellings on the mesh portion of the purse is very good. Please check all photos for conditions. Most of the items that we list are antique or vintage pieces. So expected wear is normal.
